I have been the manager of Bill Wych & Co Estate Agents for over ten years. During this time, we have enjoyed a great deal of success in marketing and selling new-build developments and factory conversion projects across the region.

I came to know of the OEH Group following their work on the Arthur Court development in Wellingborough which was completed in 2018. We had a hand in selling some of the apartments within the block, and I was not surprised to note that the OEH Group went on to win an award for this project. They bring a quality to their residential developments which makes their properties a pleasure to sell, and their work has enabled us to command a higher than average purchase price on numerous occasions.
