Now one of the leading restaurants within Northampton, the former Doddridge School for Boys underwent a full back to brick refurbishment by S&R. We were carefully selected for this project due the to experience that our company boasts. Within the heart of the town centre, sheep street, hosts this beautiful grade II listed property. Due to the nature of preforming refurbishments to listed buildings, it quickly presented an exciting challenge to S&R. With new methods of building needed, the team’s creativity was essential to create modern methods using traditional construction techniques.

For any construction company this would present a huge challenge. S&R worked hand in hand with the Northampton Historical Commission to ensure the refurbishment met all criteria set out.

S&R revitalised this beautiful building and brought it forward into the 21st century whilst managing to keep the history and character of the building intact.
