This beautiful building consists of 12 brand new, new build apartments within the affluent Northwood area.

S&R was awarded the project to demolish the building that was previously a guest house and build and brand-new building consisting of 12 new luxury apartments. As this project was based in the of a busy town centre, logistics were bound to play an immense part of this project, although this was a particularly challenging part of the project. To get this project started we firstly needed to demolish the existing guest house, we then needed to recycle the demolished building and organise the logistics for road closures in order to complete this. After the site was cleared, we needed to start working on the underground carpark, this had a lot of challenges within itself.

Due to the carpark being underground, water started to collect daily. This meant we needed to pump this water out directly at the start of every day, in order to do this, we built a specifically designed water table to ensure the water was not able to collect as before.
